At Luxoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return process.
Return Period
You may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or refunded
- Accessories such as sunglasses and caps are only eligible for return if they are unworn and in original packaging
How to Request a Return
- Contact us by email at info.luxoostore@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return
- Our support team will provide you with the return address and instructions
- Pack your items securely and send them back to us
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Processing takes 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
