Return and refund policy

At Luxoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

Return Period
You may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or refunded
  • Accessories such as sunglasses and caps are only eligible for return if they are unworn and in original packaging

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us by email at info.luxoostore@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return
  2. Our support team will provide you with the return address and instructions
  3. Pack your items securely and send them back to us

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Processing takes 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered

Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
