Return Policy

At Luxoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a smooth and transparent return process.


Return Period

You may return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.


Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or refunded

  • Accessories such as sunglasses and caps are only eligible for return if they are unworn and in original packaging


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at info.luxoostore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our support team will provide you with the return address and simple instructions

  3. Pack your items securely and send them back to us


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that standard processing and handling fees of 15% per product will be deducted as restocking costs for returned items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.


Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or product, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
